SUMMER CAMP 2024
Registration is OPEN
We know we say every event is the "biggest event of the year," but truly summer camp is an experience beyond compare. We are back in Rumney, NH this year which is a place where many generations of students from our church (and across Southern New England) have experienced life change like none other. For 5 days, your student will have opportunities to encounter God like they never have before in our chapel service times. On top of that, the amount of fun we have with games, team traditions, and friendships forged that last longer than one week are all different aspects that make summer camp an experience that cannot be missed. With this in mind, we wanted to briefly share with you the process to sign up for camp this year as it has changed quite a bit. You are not signed up for camp until all three steps are completed below:

- We have made an effort to keep this as simple as possible. Once you click on this link, you should automatically be registering as a student in our group from Calvary. Please note, you can register multiple students at one time, but each student can only attend one camp for the summer.
- You DO NOT submit any payment when registering your student for camp at this step. All you are doing is simply securing your student's spot before we sell out of tickets to attend. Due to the nature of this event's popularity, we strongly recommend signing up before all the spots are gone. Once all spots are filled, there is nothing we can do to get your student to camp.
- Pay Calvary Christian Church the cost of registration.
- Due to Calvary's ongoing investment in the next generation, the price for Calvary students attending camp will be $100 lower than what the SNEMN is advertising! This means camp for your student is now $215 until June 1st when the price goes up to $240. Praise God!
- To minimize confusion, we will provide this payment link ONLY to parents who sign up their students as indicated in step one first. We do not want anyone paying Calvary if they have not first signed up with the network. Pastor Dan and the team will receive a confirmation once your student has signed up with SNEMN.
- Transportation is included for your student at no additional cost to you. Pickup and drop-off information will be communicated to registered families as the events get closer, but Calvary is the designated location for Monday morning and Friday afternoon.
- If you have a desire to be extra generous, and want to provide a financial scholarship for other students to attend camp this year, please reach out to Pastor Daniel. Please note, we also will be providing this opportunity to the entire church congregation as well, not just our parent community.
- Submit your medical forms to our network office.
- Email "chris@snemn.com" with your completed medical forms to finalize registration. All forms must be submitted electronically.
- Any forms we receive here at Calvary will simply be forwarded to our network office with the email listed above.
